Vision Statement:

We will develop means and partnerships with organizations to implement initiatives to ensure that all children in Wayne County ages 4 and younger are read to 20 minutes a day.  One means of accomplishing our objective is placing books in the family unit.  We will also use multiple processes to inform families about the 20-minute read benefits.
